Tear Trough Rejuvenation
Your tear trough is the area between your lower eyelid and the top of your cheek bone. As we age this can appear more sunken and gives you a 'dark circle' look. Hallows under the eyes aren’t just due to ageing, this can happen from an early age too, sometimes through genetics, tiredness or diet. These sunken areas can make you appear more tired, and make you look aged.
HOW IS IT DONE?
A fine dermal filler is placed along the top of the cheek bone into the hallow this plumps out the appearance by filling it. Once filled this will significantly decrease the appearance of dark circles as light will reflect off the new even surface.
DOES IT HURT?
Some people experience some slight discomfort but generally it’s pretty much pain free.
WHAT TO EXPECT
After the procedure you may experience some redness, swelling and bruising which normally subsides in a few days. In rare cases it can be up to two weeks but can be covered up with makeup.
